LoFTS Reporting Due October 31

HHSC has opened the annual LoFTS reporting window as of today, October 1^st.  The reporting window will close October 31, 2025, at 11:59 pm.

If you are a public entity that submitted IGT funds at any point during FFY2025 (October 1, 2024- September 20, 2025), you are required to submit reporting.

Private hospitals do not have to submit LoFTS reporting.  However, the public hospital district, hospital authority, or LPPF that submitted IGT on your behalf must report.
