Rural Hospitals That Received COVID-19 in Healthcare Relief Grant “Tier 2”: Required Reporting Due on August 31, 2023

Rural Hospitals that were awarded funds for the Tier 2 COVID-19 in Healthcare Relief Grant for Rural Hospitals (RH-CHRG, RFA #HHS0011335) must complete and submit their required Funding Utilization Report by August 31, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. CDT.

Hospitals that received this award are encouraged to complete and submit this report before the deadline to avoid recoupment of a portion or all of their awarded funds. The report can be submitted any time between now and the deadline.

Checking Your Submission Status

Rural Hospitals that have submitted their Tier 2 Funding Utilization Report can check whether their report has been received by HHSC by accessing the reporting status list here.
