The State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2025 Round 1 reporting period is now open for the following directed payment programs:
- Comprehensive Hospital Increase Reimbursement Program (CHIRP)
- Directed Payment Program for Behavioral Health Services (DPP BHS)
- Rural Access to Primary and Preventive Services (RAPPS)
- Texas Incentives for Physician and Professional Services (TIPPS)
All participating providers must report by uploading their completed reporting template to the reporting portal by Oct. 31, 2024. CHIRP Component 3 hospitals must also report their pay-for-performance measure baselines.
Reporting templates, companions, and other reporting resources are now available on the reporting portal bulletin board.
