To help make the CHIRP and RAPPS reporting process easier and to provide answers to many of your questions and even some misconceptions, we are hosting a CHIRP/RAPPS reporting workshop in Austin, Fort Worth, Lubbock, and Arlington this April.
These workshops will resemble the DSRIP workshops some RHPs previously hosted, where providers bring their data and laptops to a quiet, focused environment—free from office distractions like meetings and phone calls. Attendees will have dedicated time to work on their reports, with experienced staff available to answer questions, help with wording and the not-so-fun templates.
Each session will begin with a brief presentation on important measure specification changes and key elements to keep in mind. After that, attendees will have dedicated time to work on their reporting. For full-day workshops, breakfast and lunch will be provided to ensure participants can stay focused and keep working throughout the day.

**This session will be held on the first day of the Spring TORCH conference. TORCH is providing the meeting space, and sponsors are covering the cost of the afternoon snack break, allowing us to offer this session at no additional cost to TORCH attendees.

- Availability is limited to 30 attendees per session
- For the April 14th session at the Spring TORCH conference, registration will be handled through TORCH. Details to follow.
- Availability is limited to 50 attendees
Providers are welcome to attend one or more of these workshops. For example, you may choose to sign up for a full-day session and return for the afternoon session at the TORCH conference to complete your reporting.
