Measure specifications and requirements for state fiscal year (SFY) 2024 are now posted to the following program webpages under the Proposed SFY 2024 (Year 3) Measures and Requirements heading:
- Comprehensive Hospital Increase Reimbursement Program (CHIRP)
- Texas Incentives for Physicians and Professional Services (TIPPS)
- Rural Access to Primary and Preventive Services (RAPPS)
- Directed Payment Program for Behavioral Health Services (DPP BHS)
In January, HHSC released draft quality measures and reporting requirements for SFY 2024 for public comment. After receiving feedback from stakeholders, HHSC revised one measure for DPP BHS to align with recent changes in the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic measures. You can find a summary of this feedback and HHSC responses on the quality webpage.
The measure specifications and requirements outline the data that providers will need to collect and report for SFY 2024. If you applied for and plan to participate in CHIRP, TIPPS, RAPPS, or DPP BHS in SFY 2024 you should review these measure specifications and requirements and prepare to collect and report calendar year 2023 data accordingly.
