HHSC has opened the CHIRP, RAPPS, and TIPPS Year 3 Round 1 reporting window. The reporting window will close October 31, 2023 at 11:59 p.m.
We will be offering reporting help for a nominal charge if providers would like to have their reporting reviewed prior to submission. Please let us know by October 10th if you are interested in this service so that we may reserve time for your review. We would ask that completed reporting templates be sent to us no later than Monday, October 24th.
For this round, you will be reporting on the following:
- Structure Measures
- Outcome and Process Measures
- Data will be reported for January 1, 2023- June 30, 2023 (Select Measures, such as Influenza Immunization, report on alternate timelines.)
- Be sure to follow the Y3 Measure Specifications (not the Y2 Measure Specifications used last April)
